Buyers Agent Service

888 Property Finders is a fully licensed agency in NSW to represent only the buyers as a buyer’s advocate. We do not sell real estate and we do not accept any commission or payment from real estate agents or developers.

Having an in-house valuation practice means we are qualified to be able to assess the true value of the property without extra costs to our clients.

Of course, when we are representing our clients, we are acting only in the capacity of a buyers’ agent. Please note that we reserve the right to recommend our clients to outsource valuations from independent valuers in a situation where we believe it is necessary to do so.

We specialise in buying property at auction or property listed with expression of interest.

We will find the property and negotiate the price or bid at the auction for the lowest possible price on behalf of you – local / interstate buyers and expats / overseas based buyers.

Ben Lee is the director of the company and a licensed buyer’s agent and a registered valuer in NSW.

Ben’s excellent analytical skills reflect his previous profession as an engineer and system analyst and his real estate valuation experience compliments his role as a buyers’ agent.

Ben is a fully qualified real estate expert who holds a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) from Meadowbank College, an Advanced Diploma in Property (Valuation) from Ultimo College, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Estate Management from University of Technology, Sydney.

His role as a professional Buyer’s Agent advantages his clients to being able to pick the ‘AAA+’ quality property.

Ben and his family regularly attend Church in Pennant Hills in Sydney, where they meet many friendly people of multi-cultural backgrounds from Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, India and many other parts of the world.
